Hi guys! I hope that are fine, and today I’m going to write about my favorite food. Among my favorite foods are the Italian preparations, especially pizza and pasta. Of these 2 preparations I prefer the most classic recipes: tomato, cheese, olives and jamón, for pizzas,  although I also like other ingredients like palm heart and mushrooms and for pastas I prefer the sauce that contains tomato and meat. I do not know why I like them so much, I just love their taste.  Pizza became very popular in Italy because it was an extremely easy preparation and raw materials are needed at hand, the same goes for pasta. We must also consider that they are foods with important caloric contributions, something very necessary to carry out the work. Also, I think that in Chile, we have adapted these cooking recipes to our culture, making them our own. My favorite writer is  Mario Benedetti, he was born in Paso de los Toros, Uruguay on September 14, 1920 and died on May 17, 2009, was a Uruguayan writer featured poet, novelist, dramatist, storyteller and critic who, together with others, was the most important figure in Uruguayan literature of the second half of the 20th century     and one of the great names of the  Boom  of Spanish American literature.  Cultivator of all genres, his incredible literary production includes more than eighty books plus his novels like  La tregua  (1960) or  Gracias por el fuego  (1965) were adapted for the big screen, and various singers contributed to spread their poetry by singing their verses .  The most striking features of his writing, accessible language, simplicity and expressive and stylistic modality, his intention is to establish a dialogue with the reader, a relationship between the two, create a closeness as natural as possible.
